Personal Biography:
San Jose Christian School has a special place in my heart. My father was one of the “founding fathers” of the school, and I attended SJCS from first grade through high school. My husband, John, and I have been married for 20 years and have been blessed with five children. We enjoy spending time together as a family, and many of our favorite activities revolve around a shared love of baseball and softball. We are active members of Covenant Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
Christian Philosophy of Education: As a Christian educator, I believe that Jesus Christ is the foundation of all knowledge and learning. I believe that God’s Word is truth and that the light of His Word should shine upon every subject that I teach. I desire to be a Christian role model to my students and bring glory to God. The focus of my teaching is to nurture my students to love and serve the Lord. I want them to use their acquired knowledge and abilities as tools to further the work of God’s Kingdom.
