Personal Biography:

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, being crafty, reading, and cooking. I attend San Jose Christian Reformed Church, where I enjoy being involved with small groups.
Christian Philosophy of Education:
My philosophy of Christian Education stems from a belief that we are called to live in this world as transformers of culture and creation. We are called by God to learn about His world and to be a light in it. I believe that in my classroom, students should feel like they are part of a community. I want my students to feel encouraged in their faith along with their learning. As Christian educators we should each strive to work with parents and churches to give each child the support that they need to grow and learn in and outside of the school setting.
