Lauren Froman
Professional Biography
I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Business/Marketing. After college, and prior to having children, I worked in sales and account management roles. Once our youngest son started kindergarten, I began working part-time as the Director of Children’s Ministry for our church. This role was such a blessing for me to have the opportunity to connect with families, teach young children about Jesus, and strengthen their faith. I worked in this role for eight years, until September 2023. Although I am no longer on staff at church, I still love to teach Sunday School on a monthly basis.
Personal Biography
I was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, grew up on the East Coast, and then moved to the Midwest (Minnesota) at the start of middle school. I met my husband at Indiana University in our junior year, and we both moved to Chicago after graduation. We were married in Chicago and moved to California about six months after our wedding. We have two sons, Jacob and Ian, and we are members of Presbyterian Church of Los Gatos. I keep very busy watching our sons play sports, love working out, listening to all kinds of music, and am involved at church. Any day that I spend at the beach is a favorite day of mine.
Christian Philosophy of Education
It is a privilege to walk with children as they grow to know and love God, and I believe that God has called me to serve His kingdom in this way. As a Christian educator, my goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for your child, and to aid your children as their faith grows. With a Christ-centered education, tiny seeds are being planted each day in the hearts of children, and we know God makes mighty plants from the tiny seeds we sow.
